Zurich Financial Services Australia has announced its agreement to acquire ClearView Wealth for approximately A$415 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, ClearView shareholders will receive A$0.65 in cash per share, representing a 21.5% premium on ClearView's closing price prior to the announcement.
